Offensive Coordinator

Great players make for great teams and that’s why recruiting is the lifeblood of any college football program. However every level of football has different ways they recruit, what kind of players they look for and different ways they make decisions on athletes.

This is what separates Integrity Sports. They cater to all levels. They understand that a player who’s being overlooked can help change the landscape of any program. Integrity Sports also understands that some high school coaches aren’t as pro-active in getting their players tape out. Those kids were gold at the former places I was employed at. You just have to be there at the right time and be there first.

Integrity Sports is something that can improve your program. I fully recommend Damon and his service.

Marcel Yates
University of Arizona
Defensive Coordinator

After working with Damon Griffin the two things I could never question was his passion and knowledge of the game. I took pride in striving to have one of the best secondary’s in the nation and he looked at it the same way and helped the group get there. When Damon joined our staff at Boise State it was great to have someone working with the secondary that knew technique, body position, body movements and knew how to relate to the kids. Damon Griffin is a good coach, good evaluator and good person.

University of Redlands' Curtis Tanquary (8) is taken down by Cal Lutheran defenders in the first half of the game Saturday in Redlands, CA. October 6, 2012.

Curtis Tanquary
University of Relands

Dear Damon,

Curtis and I would both like to thank you for the tremendous support and confidence as you enthusiastically promoted Curtis in finding the “right” school for him. It was as if you have known Curtis and me for years! Any questions that came up you were there to answer and explaining how the “recruiting” process is was incredibly helpful. Curtis always felt his best interest was your main goal and thanks to you, the academic and sports he was pursuing gave him the opportunity to speak to many schools and coaches that were interested in recruiting Curtis. The schools and coaches who impressed us the most arranged visits where they treated him well. Curtis felt The University of Redlands was most impressive which ultimately he chose.

I felt our experience with recruiting was unique and memorable and we are so glad we met and you were the guy promoting Curtis. I was also very impressed with the way you were able to provide confident counseling when Curtis was hurt most of his senior football season. You helped us more than you will ever know!! It’s interesting how things can turn out just perfect even without a perfectly healthy season. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for recruiting services. I know we will keep in touch over the coming years and I know you will share in my excitement in watching just what Curtis is capable of.

Damon is an asset to any family who has a high school football player looking to play college football. He probably understands the recruiting process more than most recruiting consultants due to his not only playing college football but also coaching on this level. By playing and coaching, he understands the process and is extremely well connected.

Damon will provide you with a roadmap of what to expect, how he plans to get your son exposure and then the good and bad about each college who shows interest! Damon has been with us from start to finish and we could not have made a better choice. My son has over 10 D1 offers and he has not even started his senior year summer conditioning!

Noah Beito

University of Cal

In the summer end of junior year of high school, my son Noah Beito signed up with Damon Griffin to help him get recruited. This fall Noah will be attending University of California, Berkeley. With the help of Damon, Noah was recruited to a division I football team.

We are very pleased with Damon’s service. He was very helpful, patient and encouraging. He always answered our calls promptly, answered our questions patiently and a pleasure to talk to. He was instrumental in helping Noah achieve his goal. We have no regrets and we are very satisfied.
